Mark as Useful Calls every 15 minutes all day long. Most times there is no one there. Last time there was actually a person on the line but the signal in my house is weak so he was broken up. When I call the number back the recording says this number does not exist.

Mark as Useful Written note from "Frank" displaying this Los Angeles area phone number was left on my car when it was parked in front of my home in Orange County. A Google search based on this number returned hits from several ads placed on Craig's List offering old cars for sale.
